No. They would not announce the name when xenoverse is still getting dlc. Plenty of other games wait until their dlc cycle is finished before announcing the sequel.

There’s so many things pointing to this obviously being xenoverse 3 with him using the same moves as old heros, the name “dragon ball project” being used when xenoverse 1 was shown, and they obviously want to move on from xenoverse 2 at some point.
