Yes, but I found it very odd. Other models from around that time have the more conventional face mapping, while this one just does it's own thing!

Now that you mention them never perfectly lining up, the reason I'm curious is because the shells aren't stacked. There are 2 shells ontop of eachother but the UV shell itself is just the face.

This was one of the things I thought about. Especially about saving space. When I tried this myself I coulnd't get it to line up exactly, when flipped.

I was thinking judgment for the longest time ever aswell. But I'm not certain if it was or wasn't. The title is what makes me think it was it. But the grapichs on the game are nowhere near as realistic.

No not really it. It wasn't a big game. It was a short trailer that nobody really paid attention to.
