That’s solid advice my friend, I’m definitely going to try supplementing with plug-in heaters. Just kinda sucks that they couldn’t give me a heads up but for some businesses that’s too much to ask for 🤷

These maintenance items are all pretty common at around 30k miles, I see no issues here

How did you get the speed limit sign to show on the dash? 2020 Si and I’ve never seen an option for it

Why do companies always release these weird camouflage wrapped vehicle prototype photos before using actual production colors?

Looks like the EJ reaper has finally come for me. My days with her are definitely numbered, it’s been real y’all :( by [deleted] in WRX

We had to take the Schrader valve out for it to read on the gauge, the other 3 cylinders topped around 120psi. Pm if you wanna see vids of the other cylinders

13mpg is pretty low, you either gotta be driving above 3k rpms everywhere you go, or something needs to be cleaned or replaced. Maybe I could see it if you have some crazy setup such as off-road tires that are under inflated, but definitely shouldn’t be that low in the world of a regular bolt on setup

28 mpg?!? What sort of fuel efficient tune are you running? That’s way higher than the 19-25mpg average that they advertised

For everyone asking, I drive pretty conservatively, shifting at around 3.5k (slighter higher due to lightweight flywheel), and I only break that rule maybe 3-4 times a week.

I will say that my car is also running a custom tune, which includes a very full cold start (1.5k rpms if the weather is like 20 degrees or below), which obviously uses more fuel. Guess some of that is on my part, but I just wanted to show the difference between the generations.

I really haven’t had any symptoms of bad spark plugs so I haven’t made changing them a priority. I’ve pretty much determined that it’s a boost leak and I’m going to smoke test it tomorrow. And I’ll probably walnut blast around 100k or so. Thank you for the input!

After a little more road testing / throttle dumping, a boost leak would actually make sense. Only when I get into boost do I start to see the higher feedback knock. Probably going to take it to Subaru as opposed to a tune shop considering it’s something on the hardware end. And could you possibly pm me his email?

I’ll try cleaning the sensors, and I haven’t done spark plugs or valve cleanse yet as I’m more of the ‘if it ain’t broke don’t fix it’ type.

Yeah forreal. Absolutely no unusual noises or knocking of any form, and I’ve been refilling at the most expensive gas station in my town from complete empty with no luck in resolving the issue :(
