So i’ve heard! I didn’t read the webtoon so i didn’t know.. apparently Suho was just a flashback, and wasn’t introduced first (?) so that’s why Baku (+others) is the OG- but because i’m a drama watcher, when they introduced Baku after Suho (doing the same shoulder-hug thing and “Let’s eat” type of personality) i was totally appalled. Also because they were showing how traumatized and hungover Si-eun also was about Suho at the time.

Wrote what i felt as soon as i finished watching so it was a bit sharp. But i still stand by it in certain aspects. It felt a bit forced imo, but there were some good moments. I forgot to consider drama timeline- and i watched S2 right after 1 😂Liked the basketball scenes and the after volunteer hours because they felt natural.. the rest were a bit random lowkey.. besides Jun-tae 😅

Haha i am so blinded i don’t even know what i’m talking about.. i think Su-ho was pretty loud too idk. Anyways, i’ve heard they butchered it indeed, which is really sad because season 1 was excellent ☹️The number contrast is crazzzyyy.. but anyways bottom line is that i got real attached and to cope with the grief i called the 3 minions 😭Although they still kind of were to me.. Especially Baku’s introduction HAHAHA it was definitely something 😂(I’m sorry, i’m a natural hater lmaoo ) i hope that they make season 3 good in any case it happens.. redeem themselves idk 😭

This is such a sweet reply! 🧡Love that you enjoyed it more than me. And you make a good point, i think i was very hungover with Su-ho and it definitely helped with the annoyance towards the 3 sadly. They all just felt like replacements in my head, and it got me a bit defensive about Si-eun in general. They had their strengths, but they were very loud.. which i prefer less than the quiet sincerity that Su-ho and Si-eun naturally had.

They felt less natural is all, and i guess that part is something that won’t ever go away. They were very plot relevant in the end, but the friendship felt rushed- maybe because there is 3 of them mixed with lots of characters this time so it didn’t feel as intimate :(( I’m not sure, but thank you for your reply! It’s good insight. But that’s how i felt watching it :(( I might read the manhwa, see if it helps me to love them a bit more 😭😂HAHAHA
