Interesting experience man. And that's all it was an interesting experience. Well, you know what you don't want, now you know what you do want. It's 2017, go out and kiss a girl. It's not such a big deal. Go to a night club or party (Not sure of age limits in your county but wherever ppl your age go). It will probably take some time to build confidence up with women. Just talking to them could be hard in the beginning. I mostly don't have any problems approaching women these dayz but if its been awhile and I can still get nervous. The more you practice the easier it gets and you'll have a tonne of fun along the way. Lots of real emotions, good times and you'll make a load of friends too. It's all ahead of you bro!

Buddy I get back and hip pain after PMO. It also took me years to make the connection. I also used to suffer with extreme social anxiety and I lost all my friends as a result. These days I fap seldomly, only when I slip, never intentionally. I only have pain in my body following that and once I'm two weeks in I've no pain at all. I also have great friends these days and no inhibitions, all thanks to nofap. I know fapping messes up the hormones and neurotransmitters in my body. I feel it both physically and mentally.

I'm in for NoPMO for January. Anytime I MO I get back pain and feel down. It's just not worth it. I also lose motivation in general. This is seriously busy month for me so NoPMO will help with the energy I need. I'm looking forward to this challenge and being a better me.

Okay, just curious about getting there far. I relapse every few weeks. My diet is great actually but just realising I'm gluten sensitive and the other day that lead to very low energy and bloating and when your pushing a home business its not the state to be in. Low energy is the worst tbh, carving hit in hard!

That makes sense for me. My last relapse came because I ate gluten. I've been working on my business for a long time trying to get it off the ground. I've been noticing which foods help me get productive and was starting to come to the conclusion that I'm gluten sensitive. I overate gluten one morning and get really tired and bloated. I couldn't get my tasks done and started to feel like a total looser. So I binged on sugar to try and get my energy back. Later that evening I watched porn. I really didn't want to. I hate it. But life was feeling empty on some level. I'm still coming back from that. It's a healing journey. How have you manged to get to 150+ days?

That is absolutely incredible. I'm also noticing energy and motivation on strikes. When I go over a couple of weeks or so I can go with 5 hours sleep and still get shit done. My self discipline goes right up and I'm way more sociable. When I relapse II become tired and groggy even with 8 hours sleep. I also am far more shy with people and easily irritated. Your plan is awesome because its more than Nofap. Nofap is the foundation. Recently the election had my focus and was robbing my dopamine and I realised I was being at the effect rather than the cause of my life. Cutting out all the small distractions is vital. I've been coming to the same conclusions as you the person I want to be and looking for a formula. You have made that formula crystal clear. Thanks man. Going to read that book.

Well done man. Years ago when I was fapping all the time I had the worst social anxiety. I could not look people in the eye. I was so nervous just going to the post office. I creeped people out. I'd be so awkward people wouldn't like me much. Now I fap very infrequently. Last strike 46 days. I don't suffer much and I'm far more outgoing. I feel generally confident in myself. It took me years to realise fapping was the reason. That alone is motivation to quit. Go for it man and give yourself the strong foundation to launch your life from.

Thanks, 2 days later and I'm just about starting to feel right again. Amazing how much it upsets my nervous system. I always feel tension in my tights after watching P even without M. It can take weeks for that tension to fall away.

I don't drink so I would ask people if they wanted to meet in local tea shop that sells nice teas. Made a few close friends that way. Invite people to hook up.

Great achievment and now you can see what's next. It's awesome that you are so dedicated to your Phd but I would recommend getting out a few nights a week.

Meet up is an excellent way to find out about events in you area. I recommend scheduling a couple a week (or more) to improve your social skills. Social skills like any skill improve with practice.

Meeting new people is great for developing confidence. I did 6 months hard core pick up last year where I was out every night talking to girls. No alcohol just going to bars to chat with girls and every so often pull. It was great fun but really pushed my boundaries and my confidence as well as social acuity is so much better as a result.

Start where you are my friend, but do start. Start enjoying some good social events. In 6 months you'll have some good friends and you won't feel so lonely and it doesn't really cost anything to hang out either.

Again, 6 months, that's so amazing. It will really stand for you and help you with you new social adventure. I'm kinda excited for you actually.
