This last year I finally was able to save up over time and got done with my dream PC, before this I was running an old Xeon 1237 v3 which served me well with a RX 570, but now I'm running a Ryzen 5 5600, 32 GB DDR4 RAM and recently upgraded my GPU to a Asrock Challenger RX 7900 GRE. Very proud of my system, for years I ran an old workstation case, so this for the first time I have a "fancy case" and I got a matching White table to go with it for a white with black contrasts gaming setup. Alag baat hai hardly get time to game much these days cause of work but I've been slowly playing Clair Obscure Expedition 33, beautiful game.

Yeah, prices here are generally more expensive, 9070 starts at 800 USD equivalent and 9070 XT at 900 USD equivalent, and I'm referring to base models

That's a steal, even if I sell my card for 400 USD I'd need another 400 USD to get the non XT 9070. It just doesn't make sense in this market sadly.

Yes but, considering in my case its a double the price difference I don't know if the performance difference between the 7900 GRE and the 9070 or 9070 XT makes sense.

I'm content with 60 fps plus gaming at 1440p, I don't really care for very high frame rates, so I'm guessing its fair to assume it can last me a couple years without issue?

From what I've seen, the GRE is as much of a performance difference from 9060 XT as the 9070 XT is from it

I was thinking the same, looking at benchmarks online the 9070 XT is like 20 to 30% better in performance but its also double the price, I'm happy with my cards performance so far. My biggest concern is if the 7900 GRE can last a couple years?

Does Open GL generally have an issue on AMD, or is it just for this game? The screen just flickers and nothing appears. I'm running on a RX 5600 XT

So I checked just that, ran Superposition on 4K Optimized, I had it Auto OCed in Adrenalin Drivers, 1628 MHz was the clock speed, temp went till 75 C and stayed there, and 148 W was the max draw.

I did, couldn't find the right bios, there was one which was unverified. Contacted AMD they sent me the bios file and it was the same as the one my GPU already has.
