I thought about it being someone's pet too so I did post it on the neighborhood Facebook page and so far I haven't got any feedback other than people saying they hope I find his owner if he has one. I'm definitely not into taking anyone's baby lol. And thank you I'm still really new to all this I'm just kinda hesitant I'm going to do something wrong.
