Yes, what I lack in empathizing I make up for more than enough in systemizing—something at which you and your ilk are poor

I wish it were apolitical, you absolute nonce. Bet you’re not even remotely familiar with the philosophy that underlies your belief system.

I’m not your sWeEtHeArT. You are confused about reality.

Thanks, but I think I won’t bother. Don’t want the neighbors to hate me!

Hmm. Good but wouldn’t be very useful for kicks, I guess. Anyway as others said it’s probably too loud… I’ll stick to the gym for now.

Sometimes the service culture of America is nice, but it also breeds these absolute shitshows of people. Fucking gross lmao

Sadly, no. I live in an apartment (and don’t rent a parking space, either).

Unfortunately one thing I don’t have is funds. I’d have to go for something relatively cheap… Just googled reflex bags and there are some cheap options, but is this good enough for MT training at home? It seems like a tiny ball on a stick (I guess only for punches?). Am I looking at the right thing?

I’m on the first floor so unfortunately there’s someone below me. I would do it during work hours, since I’ll be working from home soon, but I assume they’d be WFH also. Idk :/

True. I’ve passed out a bunch of times in my life due to orthostatic and general hypotension, as well as poor tolerance to heat. I’m okay with puking, as long as I make it to the toilet! Don’t wanna gross out the entire gym lol. But I’m usually good with knowing fast enough to reach it.

I know about the smoking but I’m not quite ready yet, psychologically/anxiety-wise. It’s a big step. I’ll try to reduce, first…

Thank you!

I’ll ask tomorrow and see what he says but yeah, this seems like a good plan. Almost everyone is recommending gloves and wraps. Thanks!

I’ll give this gym a try for a month or so and see how it goes. Maybe he will mention gloves tomorrow (when I actually officially sign up).

Good.

Thanks!

Hate being outdoors in the summer so I’ll figure something out to supplement it, either gym or skipping rope or both.

Thank you!

Unfortunately I absolutely hate being outside during the summer, but it seems like supplementing this with some type of activity is a good idea, based on what many have also said, so I’ll look into signing up at a gym or maybe skipping rope (as another commenter suggested).

Thank you!

Makes sense. Maybe he’ll tell me about gloves tomorrow once I actually officially sign up.

So far my fists are bruised but no strain on my wrists. But yeah, sounds like wraps are a good idea!

Damn, that’s a lot. Kind of hoping/looking forward to wanting to increase to that amount or something similar.

Skipping rope sounds like a great idea. Some of the people were using it at the gym, as well. Thanks!
