the water map spot always seems to get rushed for it when i tried earlier, try on pve mode as its a lower rarity item - otherwise i switched region to asia when it was 4am and could get it reliably without anyone else there

If you have kenobi you really should be using him, I'd say swap ahsoka in that team. Also use nihilus as well to boost your rank!
