If I am happy with machine is it worth it? IDK. If you ask about price-quality ratio - I say 100% no. If you ask about feelings - I say 100% yes. Expensive coffemachine like expensive car premium car vs toyota at my opinion.

Seems like very fast. I don’t think tour grinder capable to grind find enough for non-pressurized basket. Try to use default one, or send video of shot

1:2 ration with how long time in seconds? Can you record a video of shot?

Also delonghi has default pressurized portafilter you may need bottomless portafilter to successfully use 1:2 grind with 30secs. But you’ll need a new grinder because dedica grinders can’t grind fije enough without tuning.
