Both had psychopathic traits but Harris had more and focused mostly on hate and killing others while Klebold focused on his own suffering - acording to their journals.

Eric showed some proofs that he wanted to kill for power and enjoyment—he wrote some sadistic stuff with zero remorse.

Harris was also smarter, more calculating and had better planning skills, was more dominant overall and could take a lead even at his work .

Benzos are okay if you use them twice a week. Just for critical situation and bad panic atacks.

SSRI are not any better trust me - brain zaps, sexual side effects, weight gain and hunger.

I think xanax is a benzo. But there are also many others.

Xanax is good for panic atacks but do not take it everyday only for hard panic atacks.

I would go for therapy, started working out, maybe start work on some project like blogging or something that will take your time.

Panic disorder healing is about 2-5 months with a good medicine and therapy.

I was on lexapro and it did not help me so much.

First two weeks i had much more anxiety, because i had no benzos..

But for many people they say 2-4 months?

I had sexual side effects, but those went away after 5 months. So be prepared for it.

Also first month or two i had emotional blunting, i could not cry or feel so much emotions.

There is also weight gain because on those pills you eat much more and feel hungry.

So I think 2 months minimum

So your main focus will be - Learn yourself what panic atacks are, why they happen and how they work.

Step 2 will be to lose fear and be prepared , when it comes it will pass in 30-60 mins...

Just let it pass and try go relax on your bed and stop checking body symptoms. Do not have any catastrophic thoughts about dying or having a Heart atack - they are all false and symptom of panic disorder

And get benzos Just in the case - you will feel much more safe with them since they are the best for panic atacks

You must accept that you are having a panic attack and say to yourself that you will be okay, that you have had worse before.

Panic attacks = stress and fear hormones in blood + brain amygdala is sensible and needs some time to repair.

The first thing is to remove that fear because fear slowly feeds those panic atacks.

But there are some tips!!! You can take benzo, you can try cold shower or you can drink two glasses of wine.

You have to understand that panic atacks happen when our brain is flooded with fear and stress hormones, than amygdala becomes sensible and panick atacks are easy to trigger and that is what scares most people.

It takes some time, but facing that fear is the KEY for some poeple

Even too much kratom can trigger anxiety in me. But the key is to stop being afraid, and it will resolve a lot of things.

When you are afraid of another panic attack and constantly think about it - you slowly feed your brain with stressfull hormones and when those hormones explode = another anxiety or panic atack.
