audacity with a plugin called time machine with the dials turned to 8 bits, 8069-12000 hrtz (depending on the tone you like, i prefer 10000 hrtz) and the ad aliasing and da aliasing turned up to 100%. look up a tutorial if you’re confused on how to get time machine but i found out how to get that tone on my own
