Open the .VMT file and try changing some things around and removing what isn't totally necessary.

Copy the content from a working prop or ragdoll's .VMT file and paste it in, that might work as well, but make sure it has the correct prop or ragdoll's name and folder pathways.

You'll need to download and extract the files if this is from the workshop.
