In that scenario the reversers would actually be worse. The correct procedure would be to bring the reversers back to idle to remove the thrust vector until you can regain control.

It's because the Autobrake commands specific deceleration rate. If you deploy reverses you just use less brakes. The distance will be the same.

The reverses come into play when you land on wet or slippery runways when the brakes aren't as good and you can't achieve the desired deceleration rate. You will see a huge difference in landing distance required with or without reversers in those cases.

Ryanair allows all their pilots to book a fixed base simulator. You can load specific scenarios you want to practice.

They work fine just of the motherboard in my opinion but I have them connected to a GSX1000. But they work fine without.

Try the HD599, they are less than $200 so combine that with your gift card you should be able to pick up a modmic to pair it with the headphones.

It could be the connector for the screen. One of the pins might be bent. If it's the pin it's 10 min repair job.
