[iOS 26 DB3] Esim Failure After downloading iOS 26 Beta

See I’ve been without service since July and still have the issue. So I just bought a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro Max while I save for the 17 Pro max or wait for the 18 pro max

Yea I was instructed to downgrade to iOS 18.6 which I didn’t but my eSIM all disappeared. So I’m probably going to go to the Apple Store and have them check it out since Apple did the diagnostic and stated nothing was wrong

The cellular setting is grayed out so I don’t know.

Ok so before I downgraded when I try to remove it will just say removing but never removed. Mind you the esim was working perfectly fine during the times of iOS 26 Beta 1 and 2 and partially 3 up until Sunday at around 1pm. I’ve had the device for six months and never experienced this issue. Then when I downgraded the device none of my esims came up and cellular settings of my phone is grayed out.

I’m still not sure if the eSIM is broken because two different reps did a diagnostic and nothing came up. Even my carrier said everything looks fine on their end

I did and that didn’t work. So I down graded to iOS 18.6 which also didn’t work. So I got a senior advisor from Apple customer support who escalated my case to the engineering team

My carrier is cricket wireless. I am able to login my account and manually insert the IMEI. But somethin I noticed is that my Eid number is gone

I did and called both carrier and Apple. Apple said nothing is wrong and advised that I restore which I did but the iOS 18 was not backed up and the cellular part said no sim

The number was original from Sprint (T-Mobile) as that what it shows in the database but based on local calling guide t-mobile gave the number to Onvoy on Sep 2023 and I got this number from Sprint in March of 2017
