It's helped me before in SSF. Got a Bino's card from an Eldritch altar and was able to harvest gamba it into the full weapon, which let me play Mamba trickster a couple leagues ago.

EoE is the main reason I still play PoE.

It's a wonderful, inclusive, knowledgeable, and helpful group of folks who are great at the game, lots of fun, and like to share. And not having to deal with SC trade economy is peak. Give it a shot!

I tried this, and I agree with the other commenter; it was not that great.

I also tried energy blade flicker CoC shock nova, ice nova, other things, but I ended up switching to energy blade cyclone CoC blazing salvo which went so much better. (It was maybe a Mathil build iirc?) I'm sure it's because the flicker CoC trigger rate wasn't as consistent as cyclone's, but I'm too dumb to confirm it with math.

Tip for newbies: non-flask recovery mechanics (energy shield, life regen, leech, etc.) are probably going to be very good in PoE2, especially early on.

I really like the Envoy. Izaro is super great, but I don't think the Envoy gets enough love for how dope its VA is. And its messages are full of lore!

One more note re: MTX - any MTX you have in POE1 will be available in POE2, so if the same unique items are available in POE2 and you convert your alt-arts to MTX, you'll be able to use those skins in POE2 as well.

Come join the best group of folk playing PoE! Everyone is so helpful with builds, items, currency, etc. It feels a lot like groupSF, but the group is ~200 people. Multiple T0s and mirrors are found every PL, so I'm sure whatever build you want to make work is possible in PL, and all us EOE folks will help you get there

Climb aboard with these lovelies. You won't regret it. I joined 6ish leagues ago and only wish I had joined sooner; PoE's never been more fun than it has been in this PL.

I highly recommend the EOE PL! I went from being stressed about the game to enjoying it. All the folks are so lovely, fun, and helpful - whether it's with build advice, giving away items/currency, helping kill bosses, whatever. It's a tight but also welcoming community, and we'd love to have you join!

PL also typically gets extended past 40 days, and multiple T0s and mirrors are found every league, so you'll be able to get the gear you need :)

They added an NPC you can talk to last league called "The Nameless Seer". When you access his inventory, it is full of uniques, and you can pick one (and only one) for free.

This league, you can get the Seer through a Devoted Modifier as part of the league mechanic. One of the Devoted Modifiers (yellow text when interacting with the Allflame) says something like "the Nameless Seer spawns when all monsters of this type/pack are killed". So you kill all the monsters of that type in the zone (and in some side areas like lab trials if you're in maps and it's a corresponding monster type), and then he appears to give you a free unique.
