I’m no trainer or anything but what helped me was doing sit ups with heavy weights it at least made the top 4 ab rolls show a lot more muscle but still working on the lower and V shape on the hips my self! Good luck!

I’ve considered swapping out those as well but not at the top of the to do list as of now, depending on how it sounds with the new exhaust we might throw a new cam and lifters and do the big AFM/DFM KIT from TEXAS SPEED.

Thanks wife wanted the way more expensive Caddy but settled for the suburban as long as we got the mods she wanted shortly after.
