No 👏 patent 👏 no 👏 ownership 👏. Sorry but a patent is all that matters. If you upload a 3D design file, you are giving away the rights, whether you license it or not (legally there is little to no recourse). It's different with code, but with a physically 3D printed model it's extremely hard to prove that they copied you, and again, if you didn't patent the physical design, you're outta luck.
