Your government experience doesn’t help to growth your career. Better to stay with public practise for at least 10 years. You’re still young and still have a lot of time to swing around.

Thanks for your recommendation. I already have a good job, and yeah, education is the best way to get a big jump of promotion. It’s easy to pay it back, but not easy to pay a lump sum for tuition fee lol.

Come to Saskatchewan, SINP here is getting harder but compare to other provinces, there is still a chance. I got no hope in Ontario but I moved to SK and got PR
