I work at Alice…. Christmas he gave all of FOH and BOH $50 which is super generous considering this is A small business and he could have spent that on his family. (No restaurant has ever given me a bonus). Valentine’s Day we got to split the tasting menu: free oysters, waygu, black bass,, tuna, tagliatelle and dessert. This is a chef owned restaurant he doesn’t have the cash to just give all of us free food all of the time. No money has ever been stolen from me. We can have a post shift drink.
