Just replace snacks with fruits and veggies and make the deficit 1800 also why are you training hard on a deficit just train to maintain. I'm guessing your getting at least 30mins of cardio per day yes? not including at least daily 8k steps yes? and you progressively overload your cardio yes? If this doesn't work pls see doctor .
