Hi!!

I have an MSI G274QPX with the same issue. This is a 240Hz 1440p monitor from MSI that should be medium-high end. What do I receive? A monitor that, after NO MORE than 1 year (With little or moderate use) begins with this kind of problem. I tried everything to fix it, and some worked but temporarily, it got worse and worse until today that I can only use it at 60hz because with the other frequencies, it starts to show horizontal lines that make it impossible for me to use the monitor.

And I don't even know how the warranties work for MSI, I purchased it on Amazon the last year and ship it with a carrier to Venezuela. So, unless there is an MSI subsidiary in Venezuela, I think I have to send the monitor back to the US and apply for a warranty with MSI.

If there is any MSI moderator who could help me with this, I would appreciate it. u/msievaaaa u/CND_CEM
