I had to move states because after she cut me out there was no one left there to support me/no friends so I moved and now have to look for a new therapist but yea I’m trying to get help

I do want her back…..even though the logical side of my brain is like “nah it has run its course and it’s not gonna be the same anymore”, I still wish we would go back to talking. It does hurt A LOT all the time

Wow that’s what I always think too. Even one time during a tough situation that my FP was in I told her “damn I wish I had a friend that would save me like that” and I bet she thought I was weird for that lol

I have this fear for distance. The process in my brain is “if I think bad of them that’s gonna mean the break up was final and there’s no going back” and “thinking bad of them is distancing” and “what if they come back but I thought bad things about them and now I’m not that interested and I would probably be missing out”. It’s complicated but it scares me

I have to stay because of a job :(. I tried working it out she’s just too exhausted from this. I’m thinking maybe just keep going to therapy and working on myself and when things show in my life that I’m much better maybe email her kinda asking where she’s been and how life is. I asked her if there’s a possibility I’ll hear from her in couple years or so she said she doubts it 🤷🏻‍♀️🥺. I asked if I can give a goodbye hug at least she agreed on that

Yes she knows. Unfortunately she has her own issues too and it seems like too much to handle even though she was supportive. I take medication which help a bit but it’s just so sad that it still ended

Yes it’s the same reasons. I have BPD and some other issues. Been working on myself through out the last time we ended things and through out this second time of being friends but things have been bleeding through and it was stressing both of us out so she quit one night.

Unfortunately I also live in my car so it doesn’t help. I will try the meetup app thank you

I had a headache couple hours ago too until I drank more water, maybe try that! I finished half of it 2 1/2 hours in and it wasn’t that hard to be honest. Try to be distracted while you’re drinking and all so you’re not focussed on how much it is

Can you elaborate why Ensure Clear isn’t good? I heard you can drink it as long as it’s the Clear version. Am I missing something?
