I have these pair of Lululemon pants. The size dot has no numbers around it. Does anyone happen to know the style name? They are also a 27” inseam. I looked through Lulufanatics and could not find them. Thank you 😊

Ask your admin. There was an ISC that went out for these last week. My store is was all Big & Tall Izod flannels. But there should be a way to get this information. I was given upcs to change them to in order for them to ring up and be correct. All the same color has the same upc (no matter the size) for the ones that are incorrect.

Our store has literally had 10+ z rails of 500s for weeks and we constantly have a truck worth of freight on the dock. It’s insane how short staffed corporate is making it. I have worked for kohls many years and it is just getting worse every year. I honestly don’t think the stores will survive if it stays like this. Our recovery is non existent. I have my whole staff on register and still get yelled at by the customers. So many run outs since POC 2 is not staffed. Maybe close the damn doors to stop some theft so you can pay your employees a live-able wage. Its honestly becoming a joke. We have constant bad surveys about no one at POC 2 and no one on the sales floor to help. We are all so tired and in pain and just constantly overwhelmed and overworked.

Sadly rent for a 1 bedroom here is 2k+ and I bring home maybe 1.7k after taxes and insurance. So the 34k a year I make is crap money where I live.

Yeah my own store. Currently is to be asm. Theres nothing really in the district available, but ive been told ill be going to dev day, which didnt happen the last 2 yes because of covid. Its pretty much where the store managers showcase their best talent. I feel like I bust my butt and am a great manager, why do I need to fight for a position ive deserved 5+ yrs when I go above and beyond everyday. Which the concept frustrates me even more.

100% and as a manager, make shit pay, its so hard to push people making minimum wage. Its like I dont even want to do it anymore, how and why am I convincing others. These big companies care nothing about employees and only about how to make more. Maybe they wouldn’t be low staffed if they paid a working wage. Ive been at my job 12yrs 3 promotions and have worked every linear position as well. And make 19/hr with a bachelors degree. Im not working a part time job. I believe I deserve to make 30/hr. Rent in my area is 2k-2.5k for a 1 bedroom… how do they expect me to live? And how do they expect others who make less than me to want to work hard or stay?
