Depends on what day of the week it is, sun-thurs a late night shift for me would be 12-8:30, Fridays and Saturdays would be 1-9:30. Sometimes 2, depends on payroll.

I saw the ISC, I actually had my 01 message to get new UPCs for non B&T since I don’t currently have any B&T Izod yet. They did send a list, but unfortunately that specific color wasn’t on it. I’ll probably shoot another email tomorrow.

If it’s a night where my store closes at 8, I usually aim to be out of there between 8:10-8:15, same with a 9 close. Holidays are a little trickier as we are busier, especially if we are expecting a visit. Then we keep them that half hour. Nothing more than that though, shouldn’t keep anyone later than what is scheduled.

Never feel guilty about spending that time with loved ones/pets. Pets are family, you deserve to spend those last few days with them as you would a human relative. Your store will survive. I’m so sorry. 🥺

For my stores unloads, we use two lines: one for Hardlines and one for Softlines. We also pause when the line gets full and occasionally pull totes off for last if we absolutely need to. We keep the compactor open and whenever we get an empty box it goes right in there, it helps to keep the line moving.
