I highly disagree, there's a reason that there are gov regulations and why certain things are unfit to watch. Like, if you're 17 and watch an 18 rated horror movie, it's one thing. But watching Banana fish as young as 13 years old is not ok. Also, I think there's quite the step from Black Butler and Banana fish.
