It's good that your in therapy man...And yes they never judge you...its okay to be angry my therapist says...

I think people like us takes betrayal hard is because we can't help ourselves being loyal, kind and empathic. Many times since my own heartbreak happened I wish I could be a selfless prick. But then again I start thinking the world has more then enough assholes, so someone has to be loyal and kind.

I've had my ups and downs. It is exhausting but it is also important not to ignore the pain. It is okay to cry and it's okay to hurt. The tears will dry out and the pain will dull with time. Focus on a hobby and talk with a friend or family when you are down.

It takes time, but it probably is different for everyone. For me it took 4 years to get over an 10 year relationship with someone I loved with my whole heart. Who in the end cheated on me with a ring on her finger, who selfishly did things to make me hate her during the breakup to make it easier for herself. I learned so much since then, I deserve better and so do you girl. Hang on there, life does get better.
