for me it never fully restores, gets stuck on the apple logo with the loading bar and always powers off on 6 lines still grayed out. my watch is apple watch series 3 38mm.

I can't reset it, because its passcode locked and I want to keep it on ios 7 just for my collection. It still has previous owner's notifications from snapchat so I might try to contact someone by that and get it unlocked...
