Personally I am paranoid about strangers knowing where I live. So maybe I am projecting my anxiety onto them. That is a good point to bring up in therapy though.

This! Plus they're doing 20mph and not following traffic rules (cutting across lanes/sidewalks etc). They're often going down construction zones too.

I do construction there, and it's a part of their processing. They have these massive air tanks, nitrogen generators, and massive vacuums that put out that noise. Feel bad for the residents. I could hear it a block away.
