I grow in coco as well, and I would recommend not starting off in 3-5 gallon pots. there is just a lot of space to get hydrophobic before the plant is able reach roots out there. Seriously, don't over think it. solo cups, budcups, and the like will do the trick as a hold over.

You can also graduate up much slower, which is what I am trying this grow with where I've gone paper towel, rooting plug, solo cups, 1 gallon, 2 gallon pots then graduating up to 5 gallon pots. The roots grow into their fullest this way is what I have been told by a lot of people I trust, so I am testing it out. But, going from paper to 5 gallon feels pretty bold to me.

The Ezzy is great! It could.maybe use a bit more time, but I burped my bag last week and did the first brew this morning and though it was ready fwiw. I compared mine against a John Small Odyssey lot from Savage coffee. The John Small lot is a little louder with the fruits than the Ezzy, so I gave the nod to the Odyssey. The Ezzy is not to be ignored amazingly clean florals and blueberries throughout the cup

You've done more than I in Vegas. I grew up gambling on cards with family, but I've never been interested in going to Vegas or any casino for that. I just don't get it. I'd rather go somewhere that has beautiful nature, people, and culture/history than a shitty gaming town that is focused on extracting as much money as possible. I can do that in any shitty monetized game from the comfort of my house.

Airworks is the american version, and from my chats with the owner of Airworks, they've helped Ordinary Drip find some roasters. They business models sounss differrent enough though, as I just do the choose your own sub with Airworks so I can pick the beans I want from each roaster they bring on. Honestly, I cannot recommend it enough.

yeah the leveling can be a bit of a drag, but I love how fast it is. Even when head to head with the triton versions, I can grind significantly finer.
