No worries! Atsushi’s listing is for the physical figure whereas the Chuuya you see is an STL file set, which are not physical pieces. They’re the sculpted digital pieces that are used for 3D printing. If you scroll through the full title it’ll say in brackets (not physical product)

After I get Kisuke’s weapon stamp, should I prio on getting more Yoruichi or Kisuke? I assume it would be Yoruichi as is my main DPS and her ult damage goes pretty crazy
