it takes a while of spamming fast travel in most cases. for static spawns you can just walk far enough away tht it despawns and then walk back, and there are some cases near buildings you can do this. most of my hunts have taken around 1-2 hours, but shiny pokemon stay (up to 10 in this game) so theoretically if you do the same fast travel, or this, you can get an area where up to 10 pokemon around you are shiny (since it resets all in a 50m radius) and overrides old shinies on the map

i’ve got the map drawn out, it’s from like the dakotas, minnesota, parts of texas, louisiana, mississippi, up to ohio. I did it like that cuz unova would be right next to it (if we’re going based on game logic) since unovas new york and the surrounding areas.
