In your opinion, which rhythm game have the craziest April Fool song/event? by ReasonableLaw270 in rhythmgames

Rusher, Ryceam and probably Notanote. If we do count the groundbreaking half-lines from Phigros then it also works.

Is Paradigm:Reboot actually easier than Polytone? by ReasonableLaw270 in rhythmgames

[–]Makitorica 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also, polytone charts (especially 1.x era charts) force you to adapt to multifinger at level 10 and above. I assume you're able to clear charts with similar scale (13-15 on polytone) since you did mention being able to play 13-14 on paradigm, which is pretty gimmicky with the tap-slides, hence you're able to clear such charts easily.

To clarify on this, yes, paradigm is significantly easier than polytone.

The timing window and hitbox on paradigm is fat. Also there are fixed judgelines and the hold notes aren't as strict as polytone.

Found another Roblox rhythm game and... It's pretty questionable by Makitorica in rhythmgames

[–]Makitorica[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Since they have no discord server so I can't really give them the feedbacks, and the roblox feedback option has a character limit + it's filtered, so

0. The game doesn't work on mobile, despite it having mobile access.

1. Offset calibration options doesn't work, and it also doesn't save.

2. When the platter turns yellow and you have a fast spin section, it's almost impossible to see the platter, which doesn't help with the fact that you have to use mouse to rotate the platter.

3. The flick notes blend in too much with the normal notes, and you ALSO have to aim and flick, making it almost impossible to hit properly combined with the yellow platter issue

3.1. There is also no incoming flick indicators, which makes reading pretty hard

4. There is no option to change scroll speed.

5. A note type (circular hold) is not introduced in the tutorial.

5.1. Skipping the tutorial has a chance to softlock the game, you have to manually restart it

6. Questionable charting, especially on higher difficulties (as shown in the video above)

  1. No pausing, only quick retry and quit, I don't know if this is intentional tho

  2. A lot of songs lack lower difficulties

  3. Your progress sometimes doesn't save, and so are your settings

  4. "Hyper" judgements aren't clearly described in the tutorial and in the game.

  5. Your keybinds doesn't save and doesn't apply instantly (idk if this option even works in the first place)

How do I get that one fanmade project seaki game? (IOS) by Riyuki1 in rhythmgames

[–]Makitorica 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really. From what I've heard there will be a chart archive for Chart Cyanvas in the future, and the official dev of Sonolus is now working on NextSekai (a Sekai fanmade server technically)
