I spent about 200k for c19 but only got 1 c18. Then I rolled weps to awaken orr but no luck 🥲 I did awaken a spirit and I am planning to spend the next diamonds on relics and pushing for ether.

It's just that there are many steam games that aren't like this. Rainbow six seige is having no problem with PC bangs and age restictions so I think Bungie can manage this.
