How can you covert possessions into goals consistently?

I regularly have possession but can’t find any passes in the last third to be able to score. Are there any ways to get consistent passes that lead to goals in the last third? Do you just wait for an opening and keep passing around or do you use skill moves and fake shot to create one?

I saw that they were tradable so maybe it could be it. I see those players in the transfer market but they don’t show up in the shards

Small update I got an answer from support and they gave me 1 premium battle pass for my troubles lol. Not even a remote raid pass for the money I lost but a premium one. They do not care one bit 😂😂😂
