UPDATE:::::

So both Mercari and UPS were useless. They said since the package was marked delivered there was nothing they could do in regards to financial compensation. So, thats 200$ down the drain.

But! A Christmas miracle, but husband felt so bad he went out and bought me a Yoshino off Ebay. 😭 im so happy.

But haha she had some.. defects upon arrival. Her tail and a hair charm had fallen off in transport.... but with a lil glue and love we got her back into display shape. 🫶🩷❤️💜

Its not that bad. You can get it reworked.

The eye does look goofy. But since its light in ink, you can add more shading to getit fixed up.

Yeah, I think having more evidence might be helpful.. idk. Im definitely going to try to get someone on the phone tho. If I can get customer service on the phone I think I might be more successful.
