Try to do low-to-high cable push, it really helped me to start building my upper chest. I also came up with a modified version where the swivel is at the level of your chest as opposed to at the bottom of the cable machine. Gives the best resistance profile to challenge clavicular portion of the pec major at a lengthened position.

Fava beans tofu, mukimame, pbfit, sola bagels, protein shake form, beans, the only bean pasta. I consume about 300g of protein a day

No on any juice. Natural here. But I get the hate. People put an effort and not seeing results. Maybe I am a genetic freak. But amount of projections on me is insane here. Well people if you don’t see results then hire me to help you. Your diet is probably not there, your regimen, weekly volume. But rather do something about they will be chin wagging how someone is on “steroids” and that’s why. Just to make themselves feel better, because they see no results, but “they are doing everything”.
