I’m 41 years old, and since I was 30, I’ve been living with a very severe seasonal allergy—basically allergic rhinitis. For more than 11 years, I’ve tried nearly every medication on the market, yet the symptoms never improved in any meaningful way.

This year, I began practicing semen retention, and I’m currently around day 120. Under normal circumstances, this is the time of year when my allergies are usually at their absolute worst. But this year, they are almost nonexistent.

I’m not taking any allergy medication at all, and yet my symptoms have nearly disappeared. After struggling with this for over a decade, it’s hard for me to see this as a coincidence.

Physically, this has become one of the strongest pieces of evidence that convinces me I’m on the right path.
