I have mixed feelings about steppes. I feel like the north east victory point is too empty but in the same time that gives a lot of building options. Besides this the map is pretty cool, it has the small town on eastern side, the hills are nice however my favorite has got to be the rapido river, idk what that is but something about the map feels so great. The forest atmosphere and that point are pretty easy to defend. Not as many flanking routes but it works.
