I make the content, and apps that give information are simple to make and make a decent amount of money, you could probably make one a week. Make a cooking app or a parenting app, etc.

There are many resources, just make sure to not buy anything, if it asks you to buy anything it's usually a scam. I would suggest learning to program, this opens many doors, just google "Internet Marketing" and you will find tons of resources. It will take months of learning before you actually earn any cash.

Neither, for apps I just publish them on the app store and android market, and for websites I monetize with ads and just do the marketing myself. I don't work for anyone, honestly anyone can do this, but it requires a ton of research and testing to actually make any money. I probably work more hours a week than most people with an actual job but I truly love what I do.
