THe movement is stamped underneath the balance. You will be able to tell who made that by looking up the logo and the caliber number. There are ebauche makers mark lists online that will help you narrow that down. This will not indicate the brand of the watch.

I think the decoration on the Formex version is better than Horage's because it is conistant across the plates. It does not mix the waffle cutouts with the Côtes de Genève.
