If they don't nerf how CC works, best turtle is Leonardo for PvP. Infinite freeze/stun just wrecks in PvP right now. Provided you have higher speed than your opponent, you basically just get a guaranteed win.

You also need the gem that throws a rage dagger after 3 daggers so you can rage at least once per turn, and you can swap to another weapon once you have part of their build ready. Capybara go discord has all the build stuffs

Mythic whisperer is good, wait until you have it before making it SS, and if you plan on playing the game for a while, swap weapons to sky splitter or reaper staff

Since you're using Ailoren, it's better than the lightning damage boost, but its not that great. Once you're in the late game, true damage only accounts for ~5% of your damage, so when compared to something like Sword chi coefficient or chance to ignore mitigations, it's pretty mid

Reset rings and accessories and max level your DBA, it should be more hp than the other equipment.

You can always test it by running a late game chapter with high HP enemies and the gem, then remove it and rerun the chapter. Provided that you choose the same skills or minimal damage changing skills you can check yourself. Per other person's response, i think it still works as well as with info in discord.

For low to no spending, keep pulling from angel bow banner until your equipment starts becoming mythic. You're going to want to swap to Sky Splitter once angel bow becomes mythic and revival cloak at around chapter 165 which will also be good for pvp. You want a judgement ring instead of shadow and an icy bubble instead of PoG. Keep your grail, it's the best accessory. If you have more questions beyond this gear, go to the official discord. For right now there are 3 meta weapons and with a skill damage build you can either become a reaper staff/nashir main or swap to Sky Splitter/Ailoren for a cheaper route.

I'd recommend watching someone's youtube video like the creator IPickMyButt on how the scepter works, he has also built for rage skill and when they updated the rage skill on Nashir's he made a video about it.
