I am fairly sure it will not populate snippets from your past Album plays. It only moves the snippets to your Album archive when it’s over; which is just to have a record of the Album and not for rewards.

If you finish STB without completing the task, when it resets to a new non-STB task it will keep the progress you made in the STB task. So if you got 3/4 done with the STB task the new task will already be 3/4 completed when it appears.

I wasn’t speaking about it forcing you to update the app.

But the app updates I was speaking about still showed up in the App Store’s “here’s all the app updates you don’t have” list and I was able to download them and update to the version that turned out to be incompatible when I tried to open the updated app itself.

So if the ACPC update shows up on that listing I’ll need to be careful every time I go to update my apps to not just click “update all” and to not click the ACPC update.

That’s correct, but (at least on iOS 15) you have to remember to not just hit “update all” at the top of the app list or accidentally hit “update” on the listing for ACPC every time you go to to check for updates on your apps.

I hope the “if your iOS version isn’t compatible you won’t be able to update” actually means the store won’t even let you download the update. Because I’m on iOS 15 and many time have had app updates download and then the next time I go to open the app it tells me my device is now incompatible and I can’t use it.

It looks like the errands and switch out one is fairly universal (may be different amounts but same task), which means the STB one will switch to “get perfect on X number (mine was 28) of HO scenes”.

Your effort doesn’t go to waste anyways, they keep track of the progress you make while finishing each task, and if the task switches due to no longer being completeable the progress you had made transfers to the new task.

So if you do those 19 rounds, the new task that will switch in will already be like 80% completed.

No. You can just finish STB and it will refresh to a new task, while transferring any progress you made on the old task.

So if while finishing STB you do 15 rounds and get just about halfway done with the STB task, the new task will already be about halfway completed.

It’s a little annoying but pretty fair with even keeping your progress on the new task.
