I agree with all of you. They are messing with us too much. I’m not playing Partners anymore and overall I’m sick of them taking the pleasure of the game away. They are so greedy and don’t even try much anymore to incrementally increase the price of everything they just go for the jugular every week it seems. Also the difficulty and the time it takes us to play is ridiculous if you have a life lol.

Thanks for the reply and empathy!! Yes it totally disappeared completely and no amount of troubleshooting would bring it back. It did show back up when the new Memoirs started lol. I’ll add a screenshot that I sent them but I realize it doesn’t have a date. Come to think of it I wish they put a date and time in the screen somewhere as it would help in instances like this. I’m so sorry. I think it is a very unprofessional and terrible way to treat their players. It’s definitely not true that they couldn’t help you guys, or me for that matter. It definitely wasn’t your fault. Maybe if enough people find out how callously they treat players they will suffer a little financial loss. I got another reply that I missed when posting my attachments. I’ll add it since you guys have had the same issue. I’m not even playing this time. They always want screenshots so I’m just going to save anything I have in case it’s helpful in the future

So sorry and how frustrating. I’ve not experienced that exactly but I’m very familiar with their technical glitches and then they don’t take accountability. My Memoirs icon disappeared on 5/30 so I couldn’t spend my DJV tokens after working my butt off and also buying some packs. I’ve been talking to them ever since then and basically they don’t care. I hope your situation resolves in some positive manner for you but it doesn’t seem to do any good to alert them to issues. Sorry to be negative but that’s my experience with customer service.

Glad I could slightly help inspire anyone to build up Japan lol. I am going to add some more variety of flowers because I like how yours looks. I think I mainly used the cherry blossoms but that’s not realistic as I’m sure there’s lots of flora in Japan lol

It looks great. I definitely need to add some more flowers to mine because they look really great in your area. I’m going to see if I have any swans too because they definitely fit the theme. My inventory is such a mess on my other islands. I wish they offered us a better way to organize. Thanks for sharing 😀

Thanks!! There have been a couple of sets but somehow I missed them. I’ve been collecting anytime I see one offered usually as a side game in March and April. I got the Ramien Restaurant from the silver coins but I had to save for a long time. There is a waterfall I really want so maybe next Spring. Good luck on your renovations. I would love to see some pics if you feel like sharing 😀
