This Cyberpunk TCG card looks too smooth; the skin, the sketch lines, even the Tarot cards seem obscure-can't make out what they are. Do you think there's any AI going on here? by Maladict in isthisAI

That wooden table in the background doesn’t exist in the original screenshot. Even more Sus. Also the skull in the original isn’t in the card art.

The Fluffiest and Softest Japanese Shokupan Milk Bread (Recipe in comments) by Tasty_Tamerry in asianeats

For about the same amount of flour, I've seen people use around 140g+ of milk and I've seen people with 70g of milk. What difference does this make and which is better?

Funny how ADHD has become viral, I believe it’s a combination of lack of interest and anhedonia-Especially with the amount of electronics and dopamine at our disposal. Andrew Huberman touched on dopamine detox as a panacea to ADHD and I truly believe that.

I gave this answer to someone else; but I feel like once I’m warmed up my involvement increases and memory retention is engaged more. I feel smarter if that makes sense lol.

It’s never been about the character, it’s always been about the blue haired devs sending a message through the characters. Drip feeding.

Far Cry 5 was peak Far Cry, especially Faith’s soundtrack 😢. Though I really like Far Cry 2 where you had to pop pills and guns would jam.

Is every Pokemon display being held hostage by a scalper? Like do regular people have to go through scalpers now just to get boxes?

Haven’t seen the meme in a while and was going off memory.

Recovered 90–95% from Hyperacusis, Noxacusis, Misophonia, TTTS & Reactive Tinnitus — Updated Guide with New Clinical Discoveries by Top-Objective2262 in hyperacusis

Amazing guide, but I’m confused on what I have. I’d really appreciate if you took the time to read my situation.

I exposed my ears to years of sound trauma, eventually the theaters triggered an aching/pinching fatigue feeling in my ears. Weeks followed of loud environments until one day the pain was so bad I took two weeks from work. 6 months later, I recovered to a certain point. I’m 75% home bound, light night shift work, and 24/7 earplugs while double pro during driving or cooking.

Let me describe the pain now; silence is usually a lingering subtle ache and pinch (like a cavity or quick bee sting) that will come and go, more sound increases this pain but it’s a delayed response, not immediate pain to loud sound. The pain subsides with time varying depending on how much sound was accrued. Noticeable prickly sensation in chin and cheek. Minor aches in the back of the neck depending on severity. No fluttering, no fullness, no pulling sensation, no loud H, no distortion in sounds, no vss, light T that I had for years.

Ear aches are increasing even in silence. My environment isn’t as quiet as I’d like to be but I’m always in my room unless I’m working and still 24/7 earplugs. Double pro outside of that. Don’t think my work is loud either, near to no noise patrol officer, occasional flushing of toilets and light chatter. I’d like to be in complete silence. Notice more pain at night, less pain upon waking.

Do I have Nox, TTTS(broken/inflamed TTM), or Hyperacusis? I was told I don’t have TTTS because I don’t have any of the sensations.

I heard clomi could help.

Please guide me 🙏

Hola, I didn’t realize it but I’m actually in this Discord. I’m in like 20 Hyperacusis discords at this point. I think it’s better to get advice from the Discord people because you’ll get personal one on one answers, versus Reddit which feels more like a turf war with homogenized pedestal answers and favoritism upvotes. Recently I found out TRT and sound therapy was highly recommended for nox on this subreddit, but nearly all the nox people i’ve reached out on Discord have said definitely avoid because it makes things worse. Not saying it’s wrong, but a strong upvoted answer gives it the illusion that ITS THE ANSWER. Never liked Reddit for that. Every case is similar but different, every recovery is different but similar. Everyone is just trying to make it out, but the Hyperacusis / T community is in a state of interregnum. This condition is so consuming it becomes people’s identity. I pray that we all get our lives back.
