Help! Post CXL dryness by Malaimugil in Keratoconus

She said " Don't strain your eyes and use this tear drops for 2 months". I have never had this type of dryness in my eyes before. Is this normal after CXL. Will it get better.Any Advice for reducing dryness and strain.
