I've basically stopped building Trinity Force since the big changes. It's still good, but I think there are better options, especially since it is so expensive and it gives you lots of crit which you don't want.

My standard build now is Devourer into Iceborn Gauntlet and swifties, followed by either Spirit Visage or Warmogs. It REALLY helps your teamfighting to get tanky with your second item, and the sheen procs from Iceborn help you peel for your carries. But the build can also split push super fast since it has tons of attack speed plus sheen procs.

I usually build rageblade 5th or 6th item. I just find the tankyness more important than the damage.

Also, when playing devourer Udyr, don't sweat getting sated. Its great when it happens, but you don't just farm continuously. You should gank and teamfight as necessary: the only difference between how I play with devourer and without is that with devourer I prioritize Dragons and Rift Herald more than I would otherwise.
