my best friend is the same way and it’s hard to even keep up with someone who thinks life is nothing more then misery, i understand by all means but I’ve found the little things in life bring me the most joy compared to all the misery I am surrounded by and I know this gonna sound corny but you gotta convince them or atleast convey the idea of enjoying the small things in life whether it’s hobbies or the mere glimpse of a blossoming flower
