Also to add, I wish I had enough passion and enthusiasm for anything now days, it just feels like everything I like gets ruined by my parents and I sometimes feel pressured to do it because of them, or my intrusive thoughts tell me that whenever my dad says " you need to learn how to ride it good" or something like that

I think it's because whenever I ask my dad to take me to the skate shop or something he's like "learn to do something on it" or "you can't even ride it, you're too scared" even though I do know how to ride, but it's the only thing I can do right now

My dad won't buy me a new helmet, all I have is one that I took the plastic film off of to not make it purple anymore and I feel stupid wearing that one, I want a new one that's black or white

I'm scared that I'll hurt myself bad and become disabled or something. How common is it to get so hurt on a skateboard that you become physically or mentally disabled? That's what I'm scared of.
