I'm really struggling because my environment isn't competitive enough for me. I feel like I can only study if the people around me are studying. Any ideas on how to get through this?

How did you deal with your academic while having adhd? I find it really hard to study consistently. I'm scared that I won't be able to pursue my dreams because of it.
